Each entry will be deemed submitted by the record holder of the e-mail account from which the entry originated.  Duplicate email addresses and/or IP address will be ignored. Eligibility: Online entrants must participate by way of an Internet Service Provider or other method of Internet access and have a personal e-mail address (No @yahoo.com  address for example). Drawing and Prize Fulfillment: The winner will be determined in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted personally by Lee Crystal. The drawing is final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Winner will be notified by e-mail after the drawing, provided that the Winner is available at the e-mail address supplied by the Winner on the entry form. Upon contact the winner must supply an address for the delivery of the prize chosen. Shipping and handling will be paid for by Outpost 13 if winner's address is within the continental US. If the winner is outside the continental US they may be required to pay partial shipping and handling in order to receive their prize. If the winner can not be contacted within a week a new one will be drawn. Winners: In choosing to accept the prize, the winner agrees to have his/her name posted on the Outpost 13 website after their eligibility is confirmed.
